Location: Chicago, ILJob Description:Collaborates with Director on all employee relations issues. Assists with conducting sensitive staff employee investigations. Works closely on staff termination process in partnership with the Universityâ™s Office of Legal Counsel and Employee and Labor Relations. Develops and implements mitigation, performance improvement, and corrective action plans for staff. Assists with coaching and training senior leadership on performance management process.Works closely with Director in strategizing and developing short-term and long-term goals for the HR department.Takes a leadership role in helping to create and implement benefit renewal packages, including various related timelines and processes, with g
