Job Duties: This position reports to the Senior HR Consultant within Classification and Compensation. The Classification and Compensation section provides a comprehensive program of services, serving an advisory role to University management, department heads, and supervisors through a fair and equitable application of state and federal policies and procedures. The Classification and Compensation section is responsible for ensuring campus-wide equity through the proper classification of all SHRA, CSS and EHRA Non-Faculty positions, with full consideration of salary administration issues.
