We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. This position reports to the Executive Director and is remote, part-time up to 25 hours per week. The purpose of this position is to co-create strategy and lead the implementation of talent management for NIRSA.  This includes performance management, employee professional development, administering the compensation system, recruiting for our team and focusing on retention and succession planning for our organization.
