Working/Functional Title Healthcare Recruiter Position Summary The faculty HEALTHCARE RECRUITER is responsible for collaborating with Deans and Department Chairs across three health sciences colleges (College of Human Medicine, College of Nursing, College of Osteopathic Medicine) to identify, attract, recruit, and hire faculty providers for the health sciences clinical departments. This recruiter conducts intake sessions to fully understand the details of the open positions, develops sourcing strategies, screens, and interviews viable candidates, and collaborates with business partners to draft offers/contracts for finalists. The recruiter will also be responsible for ensuring the best candidate experience through the interview, offer, and onboarding processes.
