Red Oak Sourcing is a 50/50 joint venture between two Fortune 20 companies, Cardinal Health and CVS Health. Red Oak has sole responsibility for generic pharmaceutical sourcing for Cardinal Health and CVS Health's retail division and pharmacy benefit manager - representing 85% of the pharmaceutical product volume of the two companies - making Red Oak one of the largest generic sourcing entities in the U.S.
Red Oak seeks to add aSenior Manager, Human Resourcesto join our team and ultimately help shape the bright future of the organization. A successful candidate will bring a passion for seeking out high-caliber talent, naturally build (and maintain) strong relationships, value internal partnerships and bring an eye for details. This individual must have the poise and presence required to be the talent ambassador for one of the largest generic pharmaceutical sourcing programs in the U.S. This highly visible position will play a critical role in shaping Red Oak's talent management engagement and recruiting efforts and have the freedom to determine Red Oak's talent management best practices.
Location: Red Oak Sourcing is located in Foxboro, MA - and while hiring will be for this location (no field-based or international placement required) - the team currently operates on a hybrid schedule (Monday's and Friday's are typically work from home, while Tuesday through Thursday are usually in-office).
Primary responsibilities:
Lead talent acquisition activities with hiring managers to define needs, partner with Talent Acquisition to develop recruitment strategy, optimize interview experience and facilitate post-interview debrief
Manage new hire onboarding including New Hire Orientation, and facilitation of onboarding learning and development
Administer employee survey, navigate communication of results and follow up plans
Partner with managers to ensure up to date job descriptions and career progression
Coordinate partner lead conferences and seminars
Manage offboarding including exit interviews and analysis
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience, and/or HR generalist experience preferred
Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent initiatives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build productive long-term relationships at all levels of the organization, including senior executives
Results driven with proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
High level of self-confidence, sense of urgency and ability to make independent decisions
Can work both autonomously and as a member of a team; intrinsically self-motivated
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus
Experience with foreign national hires, visa sponsorships, etc. strongly preferred
