HR Generalist, Workplace Investigations will be responsible for leading investigations reported by field-based employees, partner organizations and or donors. The nature of these complaints includes, but are not limited to, harassment & discrimination; insubordination; bullying or hostile work environment; retaliation; conflict of interest; verbal altercations; threats and violence in the workplace.
