The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing a wide range of HR support and advice. The Generalist must be familiar with multiple functions of HR including new hire on-boarding, licensure/certification compliance, tuition and certification reimbursements, HRIS systems and the processing of on-demand payments and terminations. Additionally, this position requires the ability to work collaboratively with the Human Resources Administrator and the Human Resources Manager to maintain daily operations.
Minimum Education: Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources Management or a related field Minimum Experience/Knowledge:At least two years of experience working in a Human Resources Department. The ability to research and analyze various types of data. Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law.
