Human Resources Generalist - Human Resources - Full-Time (Exempt) 8 Hour Days
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing a wide range of HR support and advice. The Generalist must be familiar with multiple functions of HR including new hire on-boarding, licensure/certification compliance, tuition and certification reimbursements, HRIS systems and the processing of on-demand payments and terminations. Additionally, this position requires the ability to work collaboratively with the Human Resources Administrator and the Human Resources Manager to maintain daily operations.Minimum Education: Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources Management or a related field Minimum Experience/Knowledge:At least two years of experience working in a Human Resources Department.
