The Human Resources Compensation Specialist III, under general supervision, provides professional level experience with the planning, developing, and implementation of new and revised compensation programs, policies, and procedures to align with the universityâ™s goals and competitive practices. Ensures the universityâ™s compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations. Performs specialized complex human resources management work. Work involves administrating human resources management programs and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.Â Reporting directly to the Assistant Director, the Compensation Specialist works independently on special compensation projects
