HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST, MIT Medical, to support and oversee systems reporting (including monthly reports, ad hoc and maintenance of smartsheets and database). Will collaborate with the MIT disabilities office regarding leaves, records, and data integrity, responding to employee requests; handle day-to-day tactical HR operational processes, projects, reports, and data integrity; and be responsible for implementing and supporting HR initiatives.

Job Requirements
