JOB SUMMARYThe HR Program Manager 1 is responsible for strategic design, implementation and management of Human Resources (HR) programs and initiatives, to include, but not limited to, relationship building with key stakeholders (employees, executives and vendor partnerships), communication and education initiatives, and oversight of programs and policies to ensure alignment with HR strategy and business objectives.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLEProvides oversight of all vendor relationships to ensure alignment with and understanding of key HR strategies.
