The Paramount Unified School District (District) is seeking an Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources. The Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources serves as the chief human resources officer and representative of the Superintendent's cabinet.  The position assumes primary responsibility for the planning, directing, and supervising of all functions pertaining to the Human Resources Department. The District serves approximately 13,800 students in 20 schools in Los Angeles County and employs more than 1,700 employees in various roles to support student learning. The student community is 92% unduplicated students, with 25% identified as English learners.
