POSITION SUMMARY: Manages the Bank’s onboarding program and coordinates learning and development programs. Evaluates and recommends external training programs. Administers bank-wide on-line compliance training program and HR vendor management program. Works independently under the supervision of the SVP/Human Resources. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducts new hire onboarding, including creating welcome packets, welcoming new employees prior to start date, and follows up with management.
