Plymouth State University seeking to fill 2 positions. Assist in the overall administration of Human Resources at Plymouth State University. Acts as front-line HR support and initial point-of-contact, handling general inquiries via phone, email, or walk-in, deferring to HR resources when appropriate. Responsible for office management including student worker supervision and recordkeeping.
High school graduation and three years of related experience involving progressive responsible duties requiring discretion and independent judgment or a combination of higher education and related experience equal to three years.Ability to deal effectively with students, staff members, and faculty.Computer skills as required by department including but not limited to MS Office, automated financial systems, online recruitment software and website maintenance.Knowledge of human resources procedures.
