The HR Data Associate is responsible for providing workforce intelligence to optimize data-driven analytics in support of decision making across the employee lifecycle. Involved in Human Resource policies and procedures and benefit programs that are vital to the operational efficiency of the Department of Human Resources and dissemination of information to all levels of employees within the University Community.

You will:
Maintain the accuracy of the HRIS via audits and system corrections, table updates and resolution of configuration issues
Maintain test scripts and conduct periodic testing for system upgrades, and create and maintain dashboards to provide meaningful analysis
Create standard, automated reports and provide ad-hoc reporting to key stakeholders
Develop efficiencies and/or streamline processes for data quality reporting
Respond to internal data requests and departmental reporting needs and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits and policies
Process employee data including status changes, personnel updates, and benefit enrollments
Assist in the administration and maintenance of company-wide health and welfare benefit programs
Participate in open enrollment activities including assist in the development of benefit communication, responding to employee inquiries and enrollment support.
Work closely with internal and external contacts (i.e. Payroll, Finance, Enrollment Systems, Carriers, Government) to ensure efficient and effective operation and compliance of University benefit programs
Assist in benefit-related audits and departmental billing processing, as needed.
You need:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1 – 4 years’ experience in HR systems, data analytics, and/or employee benefits
Strong interpersonal and computer skills
Ability to organize, analyze, and establish priorities
