Position Summary: This position assists with planning, developing, implementing and administering all personnel programs. This includes recruiting and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, labor relations, payroll administration, worker's compensation, and employee training and benefits education programs. This position will report to the Human Resources Manager and will act in a confidential capacity to other management personnel. The position uses independent judgement to suggest changes to ensure compliance with established laws, policies, plans, collective bargaining agreements, and organizational objectives.
