This position will provide daily and routine administrative support to the accounting, procurement and human resources functions at the Center for BrainHealth.
Successful candidates must be able to compile information and write it in a clear and narrative text to be used for human resource job postings and other paperwork. Candidates must be comfortable communicating both in writing in and in person with all staff and visitors.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and two years office administration or project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Demonstrated attention to detail and proficiency in dealing with numbers.
Experience with Peoplesoft Financials, Salesforce and intermediate skill in Microsoft Excel a plus.
Excellent oral and written communications skills and ability to communicate with all levels of faculty and staff.
