Job Summary: Under the general supervision of the Associate Director of Human Resources, the HR Generalist provides guidance, expertise, and support to the Division of Recreation & Wellbeing in various functional areas of human resources, including talent acquisition/recruitment, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits.
