Job Summary: Under the general supervision of the Human Resources Director, this position is responsible for general support for the HR department including personnel-file maintenance, process improvement and auditing projects, and data queries. The position will work in a variety of HR functional areas such as recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, compensation, and payroll and benefits.The Wisconsin School of Business has over 800 appointments across the following employment categories: faculty, staff, student hourlies, graduate assistants (Teaching Assistants, Program Assistants, Research Assistants), and limited. Responsibilities: Performs routine human resources activities and provides gen
