The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with the Manager, Workforce Planning and is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and leadership for designated divisions within the organization. A significant portion of this role is recruiting, HR project management and relationship building – all in an effort to help us meet our steady and noble mission of providing reliable, affordable electricity to our members.
