Position Summary Primary job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting with employment vacancies including initiating staffing requests, performing responsibilities of a staffing coordinator in the PageUp system, oversight of the advertising process for support staff, and providing support in the interview and hiring process; monitoring the performance evaluation processes, assisting in developing, monitoring and administering a new hire orientation program; monitoring probationary and trial periods and providing assistance to units in training and review of new staff;  researching, analyzing, compiling and providing reports related to Human Resources; assisting with Department projects related to Human Resources; performing other duties as assigned
