Located in Idyllwild, CA.  Seeking a HR Generaliast with payroll experience who is hopefully local living in the area.  No relocation or housing available.  PayCom and school experience is a plus!   The Human Resources Generalist will support Idyllwild Arts' Human Resources administrative needs with an emphasis on payroll processing, HRIS database management, benefits administration; workers compensation and leaves, new hire on boarding, training, maintenance of employee records; coordinating annual effort reporting; and overseeing personnel systems. The Human Resources Generalist will report to the Executive Director of People and Culture.  General work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
