Job Summary: The School of Nursing is seeking an HR Generalist to join its team providing essential human resources support to faculty, staff and students. Under the general supervision of the HR Associate Director, the HR Generalist in this position provides support in several key areas of human resources, including recruitment and staffing, performance management, on/offboarding, compliance, and disability/medical leave. The HR team in the School of Nursing is comprised of the Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs, HR Associate Director, 2 HR Generalists, and an Administrative Specialist.
