Under minimal supervision, provides support with the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning and development programs that drive organizational objectives and support the full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, career development, successions planning, and management and leadership development. Assists in the development and planning of employee recognition programs and annual performance management process.  Provide direct support to all TrainTraq users, including all Employees, TrainTraq Workstation Processors, and TrainTraq Managers, throughout Tarleton State University.Work hours: Mon-Fri; 8 AM-5 PM or as work requirements indicate.
