Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Workforce Experience Specialist located in Morris Plains NJ to work Monday - Friday.Responsibilities Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Workforce Experience Specialist will be responsible for:Providing HR Navigation at the local site level. This role be responsible for fielding all employee questions and concerns as an initial point of contact and is expected to serve as an outward facing part of the HR Department to departmental teams throughout the site. The person in this role will be assisting in the HR administration of benefits (Medical/Leaves/401k), recruitment and onboarding for a subset of our clients. This will include reporting invoice review and data entry.
