The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), whose mission is to enhance the fiscal and financial stability, accountability and integrity of the Government of the District of Columbia, is in search of a Human Resources Specialist, Employee Benefits. This position is located in the Office of Human Resources and is responsible for performing a wide range of duties to include providing technical guidance and procedural assistance to employees on a variety of employee benefit programs. Duties include, but are not limited to: Counseling employees on benefit program options; Coordinating with payroll to ensure the accuracy of benefits deductions; Reviewing and making determinations regarding reasonable accommodation
