Training and Development Specialist (PSS3-AS), Office of Human Resources
Reports to: Director of Training & Development Summary: Responsible for the effective coordination and presentation of training and staff development programs for all employees, as well as New Employee Orientation. This position will assist in the ongoing development of the employee recognition programs. Coordinates employee service awards program.  Administration of the electronic Performance Assessment Reviews and the employee tuition waiver & tuition benefit for dependents programs.
