HR Liaison
Reporting to the Operations Director, the departmental HR Analyst will be responsible for independently providing analytical and consultative services to the Department faculty and senior managers across all locations including Parnassus, SFGH, VAMC, Mission Center, Oakland, Mission Bay and satellite offices. The HR Analyst provides direction on non-faculty academic, postdoctoral and staff administrative policy and procedures with respect to recruitment, appointments, job classifications, merits, reclassifications, promotions, performance reviews, separations, and labor relation issues.
