The HR Analyst will serve as a critical member of the Department of Surgery's growing Human Resource team. This position will help manage, plan and administer HR related tasks for the department, for both faculty and staff, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding and offboarding, and work on special projects as needed. This position will also play a key role in helping to streamline various department specific HR processes and in establishing guidelines for new or existing appointments within the department. This position will provide HR support to all department faculty and staff.
