HR Analyst
Position Summary The HR Analyst is responsible for compiling and analyzing HR data and metrics from the human resource information system (HRIS). This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.   Primary Position Responsibilities Ensures HR federal reporting requirements are accurately completed by deadline. Reporting requirements include, but are not limited to, EEO filings, VETS-4212, and Affirmative Action Plan(s). Assists with the company’s random drug/alcohol program ensuring compliance with FMCSA, PHMSA and CoServ policies.
