The HR Generalist is a full time position working in the centralized office for Northwest Healthcare in Tucson, AZ. The HR Generalist is responsible for the multiple HR functions for an assigned organizational entity. Responsibilities include developing programs and plans for effective facilitation of HR programs, individual coaching to staff and leaders, assurance of regulatory compliance and tactics for effective employee hiring and engagement, and will include a significant focus on employee relations.The HR Generalist must possess an expertise across a broad range of HR functional areas, including a primary focus in employee relations.
