Career Center

Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, directs and manages human resources functions.  Develops implements and coordinates strategic manpower planning, policies, procedures and programs covering employment, recruiting, labor relations, wage and salary administration, employee orientation, training, placement, safety, benefits and other employee services. Maintains full confidentiality of all employee and company records.  Participates in the development of strategic planning to ensure organizational success.
