The Human Resources Analyst is responsible for planning, developing, administering, and coordinating departmental academic, staff and volunteer recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, advancement and separation processes. The incumbent serves as a key administrative resource for faculty, staff and departmental leadership, and liaises with the UCSF HR Service Center(s) and Academic Affairs teams(s). The Human Resources Analyst also uses skills and knowledge of the UC System wide and/or organization HR/Academic Personnel Manual (APM) policies and programs to address strategic personnel issues and to resolve complex issues and situations; plans, develops and manages data systems and processes; and performs other duties as assigned.The final salary and offer compon
