The Pasadena Unified School District (District) is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Under the direction of the Superintendent, the CHRO gives direction to and assumes administrative leadership responsibility for the development, adoption, and administration of sound district personnel policies and functions. The CHRO serves as a member of the Superintendent’s Cabinet, is the chief negotiator for the District’s negotiations team, and is responsible for the management of the District’s employee resources. The District is currently comprised of 13 elementary schools (K-5), 1 elementary/middle school (K-8), 3 middle schools, 3 middle/high schools (6-12), and 3 high schools.
