The Risk Analyst II position will work in the Risk Division of the Human Resources department and report to the Risk Manager/Safety Officer. The ideal candidate will be able to balance productive work along with excellent customer service, in a collaborative team setting and have a strong working knowledge of California laws and regulations relative to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and workers’ compensation claims administration. This position will establish a culture that seeks to achieve the objectives of the Leave of Absences (LOA) and Return to Work (RTW) processes through active and ongoing communication with the employee, department, payroll, and our third-party claims administrator.
