The Human Resources Business Partner role contributes to company performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organizational development strategies in support of the business objectives. Performs HR related duties at the professional level while supporting more than one functional group. Will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations consultation; policy application, performance management process, organization design and employee initiatives and training support.PRIORITY REVIEW DATE: Applications must be submitted by Friday, February 3rd, 2023 in order to receive priority review. Bachelorâs degree in human resources or related business-related field. Five to eight years of HR experience with at least two years of experience as a Generalist and/or HR Business Partner experience. Higher Education experience a plus, along with work experience in a unionized setting preferred. Professional Human Resources certification from SHRM/HRCI or other similar professional organization is also preferred.
