The HR Liaison will participate in all aspects of human resources activity in conjunction with the Department CAO, lead HR Liaison and HR Shared Services teams. The HR Liaison will work directly with their assigned labs to gather necessary documentation to hire and renew all Non-Faculty Academic (NFA) positions, staff positions, volunteers, and without salary (WOS) appointments. This includes submission and tracking of all cases in People Connect and working directly with the finance team to ensure appropriate funding sources and the availability of funds.
