Job Summary: The Office of Interdisciplinary Professional Programs (InterPro) seeks a HR Generalist responsible for recruiting, classification and compensation, onboarding, employee change transactions, assisting managers with the creation of position descriptions, and to be the first point of contact for employee relations issues. The person in this position will advise managers regarding performance management, hiring, salary increase requests, and terminations. The position will be supervised by the Department Administrator but work closely with an HR manager in the College of Engineering.
