You bring your body, mind, heart and spirit to your work as a Director of Human Resources.
Youâ™re equally comfortable working strategically and tactically to carry out various Human Resource initiatives. Youâ™re strong in employee relations, leadership coaching/development, organizational structure and job design, and collaborating with various Human Resource partners across a system.
Youâ™re great at what you do, but you want to be part of something even greater. Because you believe that while individuals can be strong, the right team is invincible.
Us.
Intermountain Healthcare and SCL Health, two nonprofit healthcare leaders, completed their merger in April 2022. Now known as Intermountain Health, we are creating a model health system that provides high-quality, accessible, and affordable healthcare for patients and communities in the western United States.
Intermountain Healthâ™s Peaks Region serves Colorado, Montana, Wyoming and Kansas. The Front Range Market hospitals include St. Joseph Hospital, Platte Valley Medical Center, Lutheran Medical Center and Good Samaritan Medical Center.
The Peakâ™s Region Human Resources team is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support Lutheran Medical Center and Good Samaritan Medical Center senior leadership, along with enterprise-wide nursing leadership developing strategies to ensure optimal use of human capital.
Benefits are one of the ways we encourage health for you and your family. Our generous package includes medical, dental and vision coverage. But health is more than a well-working body: it encompasses body, mind and social well-being. To that end, weâ™ve launched a Healthy Living program to address your holistic health. Healthy Living includes financial incentives, digital tools, tobacco cessation, classes, counseling and paid time off. We also offer financial wellness tools and retirement planning.
We.
Together weâ™ll align mission and careers, values and workplace. Weâ™ll encourage joy and take pride in our integrity.
Weâ™ll laugh at each otherâ™s jokes (even the bad ones). Weâ™ll hello and high five. Weâ™ll celebrate milestones and acknowledge the value of spirituality in healing.
Weâ™re proud of what we know, which includes how much there is to learn.
