Employee and Labor Relations Human Resources Manager
Job DescriptionMontgomery College has an immediate need for a full-time Human Resources Manager in the Employee Labor and Relations department. The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. Hours can vary based on College needs. This is an exempt, non-bargaining, grade 33 position. Montgomery College promotes and creates a working and learning environment rooted in the basic tenets of fairness, diversity, and inclusiveness. After successful completion of initial employment probationary period, this position is eligible for telework. Flexibility will be required based on needs of the College.
