Job DescriptionMontgomery College has an immediate need for a full-time Human Resources Manager in the Employee Labor and Relations department. The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. Hours can vary based on College needs. This is an exempt, non-bargaining, grade 33 position. After successful completion of initial employment probationary period, this position is eligible for telework. Flexibility will be required based on needs of the College. Duties include but are not limited to: Administers and manages the employee and labor relations program
