Location: Minneapolis CollegeFull/Part Time: Full TimeEmployment Condition: Unlimited Job Description: The HR Employee Engagement Coordinator will have the autonomy to be creative and innovative to identify and implement opportunities, specialized programs, and events as the coordinator for the Employee Development and Engagement Program. This position will work closely with other departments on performance management, employee growth and well-being to foster an inclusive and engaging work environment. Assess the needs of supervisors and staff to develop both professional training plans according to individualized performance needs, retirement, and benefits throughout their employment cycle.
