Position Summary The Human Resources Administrator for the College of Human Medicine serves as a resource to department administrators and Dean’s Office Units. This position counsels, advises, and make recommendations to department administrators, supervisors, and employees regarding human resources functions including employee relations, recruitment, compensation, performance management, collective bargaining agreements and complex HR issues; oversees compliance for several HR processes; partners with the CHM HR Director on process improvement initiatives as well as identify training and development opportunities and HR projects; serves as the primary contact for reclassification requests and compensation analysis; reviews and approves personnel transactions at the MAU level;
