The HR Business Partner is responsible for ensuring the delivery of customer focused HR services across identified service lines. This position provides effective support, guidance, and advice to managers and staff members. In addition, the HR Business Partner delivers strategic initiatives to maximize performance and enable all employees to engage in the overall development of the WMC Health Network.
