The Organizational Development and Learning (OD&L) Coordinator will join a dynamic and mission driven (OD&L) team reporting into the Assistant VP of Talent Development under Human Resources. The OD&L team is responsible for the professional career development of staff at all levels across all the BU campuses. The team's portfolio includes a wide diversity of learning offerings that are virtual and in-person. The department's mission is founded on the belief that a thriving environment where all employees can have a sense of belonging is necessary for career success. The OD&L team reflects this mission.
