DescriptionThe Human Resources Specialist, under the general direction of the Director of Human Resources, is an integral member of the Human Resources team at BMC. This is a nonexempt position, and its primary function is to coordinate the flow of the Human Resources department by supporting the HR Director, Generalist, Recruiter, Leadership and Employees. 1.
