Scheduled Hours40Position SummaryPartners with Recruiter/Trainer to plan, develop, recruit for, and enable the successful operation of medical/clinical apprenticeship programs within the School of Medicine, including recruitment, and serves as a secondary trainer in the classroom. Identifies candidates for medical apprenticeships. Collaborates with Recruiter/Trainer and identifies recruitment sources, recruits, interviews, and helps managers select the best-qualified candidates to fill selected job opportunities within the School of Medicine. The Apprenticeship Generalist will support Recruiter/Trainer in the classroom and meet with Apprentices throughout the program to demonstrate hands-on skills, monitor success and connect to resource
