The HRSS Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the functional SAP processes and procedures as related to HR/Payroll Shared Services by initiating updates to SAP and incorporating the changes into business processes. Additionally, the HRSS Business Analyst will represent HR Shared Services in large scale project initiatives related to SAP functionality.
