Director of Human Resources
The Director of Human Resources is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and implementation of the human resources functions of Collegiate School. The Director manages HR policies, HR compliance, onboarding, separations, leave programs, worker’s compensation, benefit administration, and employee investigations and other matters. The Director serves as a resource to the administration and to employees. This position manages the HR Coordinator and reports to the Chief Financial and Operating Officer. Salary Range: $150,000-$175,000 Essential Duties: Ensures Human Resource Policies are in alignment with the School’s mission and values
