Provide strategic oversight to the global HR Compliance & Risk functions and ensure an integrated and robust risk and control framework globally. Influence senior HR leadership on efforts to embed HR Compliance and Operational Risk Management (ORM) governance to drive a strong risk and control environment across HR. Provide thought leadership on the overall strategy for HR compliance & risk programs based on regional regulatory requirements and emerging risks. Proactively identify risk mitigation opportunities and implement global HR Operational Risk Management (ORM) policies and methodologies as defined by Enterprise Risk Management Committee (ERMC), Chief Risk Officer (CRO), Risk and Control Services (RCS) and Corporate Compliance.
