The Managing Director, HR Operations serves as an integral member of the People & Culture senior leadership team and is responsible for driving HR service delivery and supporting the company's business objectives through HR operations. This role ensures effective leadership and execution of all aspects of HR operations, including payroll, HRIS data management & reporting, leave administration, compliance, employee relations and change management for Greystar's US business. Reporting to the Global People & Culture leader, you will be collaborating closely with colleagues in the US and internationally.
