Reporting directly to the HR Operations Director, the HR Operations Business Analyst will work with multiple HR technology systems and platforms providing support and expertise and building and maintaining a strong relationship between technology and business functions. The HR Operations Business Analyst works closely with a variety of stakeholders with differing priorities and expectations and must make recommendations, provide guidance, and determine solutions while encouraging collaboration. Staying current with technology trends in the industry is paramount to this role as well as striving to constantly improve our processes and practices and create and maintain clear, consistent documentation and standard work.
The HR Operations Business Analyst will work closely with other Business Analysts and assist with projects.
